Bartending By Drew recently hosted a 50th birthday clambake in our Lounge cocktail studio. We created signature "beach cocktails" and created a 15 foot raw bar of crabs legs, oysters and shrimp. In addition we created unique appetizers such as fried chicken and waffle bites, elote (Mexican street corn) spoons and tilapia ceviche. We specialize in creating unique experiences for birthday parties and many other occasions.
This past Tuesday Bartending By Drew hosted a Global Cocktail Tasting for clients of Paradise Travel. We served signature tropical cocktails from four world class hotels including the Royal Hawaiian, The Ritz-Paris, The Hotel Danieli-Venice and the St. Regis Punta Mita-Mexico. We also created appetizers to match the special cocktails. This is a great idea for client entertainment.
